3rd International Symposium
call for papers
from the local economic policy initiated by the State to a new management of local authorities
the Algerian and foreign experiences
December 4 – 5, 2019
Sinceitsrecentinception, the GREFiP has organizedthreescientific meetings on topics that affect the lives of citizensthrough the management of local authorities. The last meeting took place on October 4, 2018 and focused on "The Modernization of the Public Service."

In the wake of the topicsdebatedpreviously, the Council of the Research Group - GREFiP, as well as the Scientific Council of the Algerian Journal of Public decided to continue the research on local activities and how to makethem more efficient in terms of management in itsdifferent aspects by focussingon the followingsubtopics:
- The strengthening of decentralization and decision-makingprocess
- Local public Services and citizen
- Modernisation of local public services: the public service delegation and the 3P
- Local improvement of the local business climate
- Legal framework of the public services the citizen
- Local Planning and public equipment
- Management of humanresources at local level
- The changing patterns of public management
- Communication at the local leveland adaptation to the TIC
- strategy of urban management and participatory budget requirements
- Sustainablemanagement of urbandevelopment
- Improving the performance of managers
- Local democracydevelopment of citizens
- Participation of citizens in local development.
